Unlike our other ultra hot sauces, this recipe is milder. A unique combination of nine hot and mild green chilies are cut with tomatillo then blended with lime basil and other aromatics in crisp white vinegar. Tangy and spicy with a great citrus flavor, this is indeed a most audacious verde.
